State lottery notices
Scratch Vault publishes remaining-prize information for sixteen public lottery desks. The notes below are product compliance summaries reviewed August 25, 2026. They are not legal advice and they do not replace the issuing lottery’s own rules. Last updated August 25, 2026.
What this product may and may not do
- Scratch Vault is an independent remaining-prize information product of Webb Spinner Visions. It is not a lottery, casino, sportsbook, sweepstakes, ticket seller, courier, or prize payer.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any state lottery or lottery retailer.
- Lottery names, game titles, and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify publicly offered games.
- Remaining-prize counts are compiled from each lottery’s public table. They are not live store inventory and do not improve, change, or guarantee the odds of any individual ticket.
- You cannot buy, scan, check, or redeem tickets here. Prize payment, claim deadlines, and eligibility are solely the issuing lottery’s under its rules.
- You must be 18 or older to use this product. Lottery ticket purchase ages are 21+ in Arizona and Iowa, and 18+ in the other listed states.
- This is not legal, tax, financial, or gambling advice. Rankings are information, not a prediction that any ticket, pack, store, or county will win.
Billing, trial, and opt-out
Full Access is a remaining-prize information subscription, not a lottery ticket. You must complete a profile and add a credit or debit card before a trial or paid year can start.
- Monthly: 7-day free trial, then $4.99/month unless you opt out in your profile before the trial ends.
- Annual: $49.99/year billed now for twelve months. You keep that year. It auto-renews unless you opt out before the renewal.
- All fees are non-refundable. Opting out stops future charges only.
- Opt out is one click on Account — same medium as signup (ROSCA). Illinois annual plans also get Stripe’s 30–60 day upcoming-invoice notice (815 ILCS 601).
